Thank you very much for everything, the sum of money raised was terrific and I very much appreciate all your work, I have to be honest I was not sure what would be the outcome but to sell 21 of the items you provided and the silent and live auction was remarkable, the end result was far more than I ever dare expect.
It was also a great fun which in many ways was due to your unique ability to host the event, Stephen Newell said you were exceptional and he was right.
Your girls were super and having them bring the money together made such a difference.
I can reflect upon a very successful day which has done much to enhance the reputation of Bury St Edmunds Cricket Club.

I wanted to thank you for helping The Bannatyne Group raise money for Operation Smile in November 2015. I was originally on the hunt for a live auctioneer and a host for our annual charity ball, when after talks with yourself, I decided to also book you for our silent auction.
It brought me great relief to be in the confident knowledge that you were managing the silent auction for us, this really helped me concentrate on other aspects of the ball, which was a huge project for myself. Not only did you manage the silent auction, you also gave me advice on where to put my prizes and how to market them on the night. This was extremely helpful information from a professional auctioneer. I really felt that you went above and beyond before the event.
On the night of the ball, it was such a pleasure to work with you and your lovely team, Claire and her girls. The girls completely took control of the prize presentation, the admin and the auction spotting, which again let me concentrate on other things like mingling with donors and supporters and I can't thank you enough for this.
I was absolutely blown away to learn that we raised over £55,000 on the night of the ball, which combined with ticket sales and donations reached £139,000 post the event. I remember saying to you on the night "OK, our target tonight is £25,000", so to exceed that by such a big figure is amazing, and was down to you, your prizes and your professionalism. I believe from your silent auction prizes that you contributed, we actually raised £11,000. Therefore it was absolutely worth booking you and the girls to manage the silent auction for us.

We recently used Ed’s services including silent auction and MC/Auctioneer at our Christmas Benefit Event held in Eastbourne. Throughout the process Ed was particularly organised and demonstrated his thorough knowledge of the auctioning process and which items would make the most from the event. We were pleasantly surprised afterwards with the success of the silent auction, as well as the preparation that had gone into the main auction which Ed was responsible for. In fact this event was one of the most successful. His charm and personality worked wonders with the clientele in the room who enjoyed his stories and his banter with the other guests.
For this reason we booked him again for our last Christmas event, but this time just for his silent auction management as we had already booked another MC. Again the management prior to the event and on the day was brilliant.
Post both events Ed was absolutely on the ball in arranging the finances including sending detailed spreadsheets, ongoing communication with us and the treasurer and arranging delivery of all the items.
We have decided to use Ed’s services again for a charity event we are holding in October for the Martlets Hospice in Brighton for circa 500 people.
