After a successful cricket career, which included representing England at Test level, Ed become a much in demand after dinner and motivational speaker, event organiser and charity auctioneer, which led to him working with celebrities including, Michael Mcintyre, One Direction's Liam Payne and Niall Horan, Alistair Cook and Frankie Dettori.

He realised that an increasing number of events he was involved with required a more hands on, professional approach, encompassing administrating an entire event.
